Informal Game Protest Procedure

UAYSL Administration is interested in any issues that occur at games which seem problematic. However, not all issues can be lodged as an official game protest (see UAYSL Official Game Protest Policy and Procedure). If an issue is noticed and is deemed something that UAYSL should know about, but does not qualify for an official game protest, please email the information to the UAYSL Administrator. Please include the following information:

1. Game #

2. Game Date/Time/Location

3. Team Opponents

4. Reporting person's name, title (coach, manager, parent, club official) and club/team affiliation.

5. State issue of concern.
